This is a traveling position. You will be on the road and away from home for extended stretches, and you must be willing and able to travel as part of the job. We would rather tell you that plainly now than have you find it out in week two. If that fits the life you want, the pay and the time off are genuinely good.

Is there any cost to apply or to get started?
No. There is never a fee to apply, to interview, or to be hired. We will never ask you to pay for training, samples, or equipment, and we will never ask you for banking details before you are hired and filling out standard payroll paperwork.
Do I really not need sales experience?
Correct. Training is provided and it is paid. We hire for dependability and the way you deal with people; the product knowledge and the process are things we teach.
Who pays for the travel?
We do. Company-paid travel and company-paid lodging are part of the position - that is not an expense you front and get reimbursed for later.
How much would I actually be home?
One to two weeks at home every month. The schedule is built around real time off rather than a weekend wedged between routes.
Where would I be traveling?
Throughout the country. The role is based out of central Alabama and you travel out from here, which is why we hire locally.
Why do you only hire in central Alabama?
Crews stage and return here, so being local to the Birmingham area is a practical requirement rather than a preference. We are not able to consider applicants outside this area right now.
What happens after I apply?
A member of our hiring team calls you within two business days from an Alabama number to talk through the role and answer your questions. If you attached identification, your application moves to expedited review.
What do you do with the ID I upload?
